Submit a Ticket (Help Desk)

The Town of Essex uses an Internal Helpdesk, powered by ninjaONE. The helpdesk is designed to make it easier and faster for staff to access support from IT, Communications, and GIS.

With the new helpdesk, you can quickly submit a request to the appropriate department. 

When submitting your request, please include:

  • A clear description of your request or issue
  • Your desired due date, if applicable
  • Any supporting resources or attachments
