Welcome Jeff Bellhouse!
Please join me in welcoming Jeff who joins us as the Infrastructure Inspector.
We are pleased to announce that Jeff Bellhouse has accepted the position of Infrastructure Inspector with the Town of Essex effective April 27, 2026.
Jeff joins the Town with over thirteen years in municipal infrastructure with four years’ experience in asset management. Most recently working for the City of Brantford in the Engineering Services department as Infrastructure Planning Technologist, but has also held positions of Survey Technician, CADD Operator, and Surveyor’s Assistant.
Jeff has completed an advanced diploma in Civil Engineering Technology from Mohawk College and has certificates in GIS and Traffic Control.
